1 . Joint research activities and academic programs.

2 . Exchange of information, not limited to exchange of library materials but includes research publications;

3. Exchange of faculty members for the development of both faculties;

4. Exchange of undergraduate and graduate students for study and research;

5. Exchange of community services; including exchange of social-cultural activities; and

6. Invitation of authorize officials to visit and to develop cooperative mechanisms between the parties
