Résumé de la convention avec
Computational Intelligence Laboratory university of
Louisville, Kentucky USA
Programs of cooperation are defined in separate agreements between the two institutions in the following tasks :
- Joint research activities .
- Participation at conferences and seminars .
- Joint training programs .
Each institution will name a responsible person for implementation of this cooperation ,Moreover ,no funds will be expended to subsidize academic visitors or their travel from the partnering institution without a separate agreement of financial support.
Each scientific agreement has to be approved by both universities .
- This agreement will last 3 years since the date of its signature . It may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties.
Any change to this agreement requires a written consent of both, the President of the Computational Intelligence Laboratory and the President of the University of El-Oued.
The two parties have the right to terminate this agreement through a six months written notice , before the proposed termination is to become effective .
- All disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement the parties will settle amicably and with the friendly spirit.
